Event Details:
The “Africa Peace-building Conference” is planned and supported by Alumni of the African Youth Empowerment and Capacity Building Academy to address these issues and help breaks the cycles of violence, the conference is planned to be virtual and it is under the theme: Sustaining Peace Across Africa.
The aim of this conference is to bring Delegates from all parts of Africa for three days to brainstorm on finding solutions to Africa peace and security crisis and also develop a peace building policy to be used as a guiding principle to mitigate internal conflict. It is also the aim of this conference to:
Develop a legal framework and network within the sub-region of Africa to help participants to conduct reconciliation dialogue within their respective countryy.
To provide the platform for African peace ambassadors to sharpen their skills in peacebuilding and the security sector reform for sustainable peace and security across Africa.
To eradicate electoral violence within the Africa sugaregion especially from the political sector.
To establish the Africa Peace Agenda to be achieved by 2050, focusing on strengthening the security sectors, the Justice system,
